Will I be charged if I bring the vehicle back after the return time on the rental agreement?
Egeria car hire does not charge anything up to 3 hours delays, between 3-6 hours delay 50% later 6 hours we charge whole a day rate.
How old do I have to be to rent a car?
For all cars minimum age requirement is 21 and 25 for minibus rentals with at least one year of valid driving license.
How can I select the right size or type of car for my needs?
In the search results, we provide you with general information on passenger and luggage capacity for the various car types, as well as examples of some car models. Please note that car photos shown on Egeria car rental is only examples of car types offered; your actual rental car will be similar.
Does the pick-up and drop-off location have to be the same?
No.Just choose on Return Location on the search page.Then select your return location and click on the choice which best meets your needs.You will be charged extra if your retur location is furthar than your pick up location.
Can I change my drop-off location after I pick up my car?
If you have already picked up your vehicle, it is necessary to contact the vendor directly to modify your reservation. Our telephone number is on your rental agreement. Also you can find it our website contact us page.
What happens if the car is damaged or in an accident?
If the car has been involved in an accident, first call the nearest office of the rental car company, give them your rental agreement or confirmation number and explain what has happened. Next call the local police or appropriate law enforcement agency.
How can I pay for my car rental booking on CarRentals?
You can pay cash, visa-master credit card and debit cards when you collect car and final adjusments are made at the completion of rental.No cash deposit required from the holders of authorized credit cards. English sterlin ( £ ) , Euro ( € ) and US dollar ( $ ) are welcomed
Should I bring a child seat with me or will the rental location furnish one?
The decision is yours.We provide you baby seat or booster.You should know that we cannot guarantee the availability of child seats, so please make your decision accordingly. You must use seat for children up to 36 kg. in Turkey.
Can I modify,change,cancel an existing reservation?
Yes. Egeria Car Hire allows users to modify their existing reservation. To make changes or to cancel your reservation before picking up your vehicle please visit -modify reservation- page. You will need your reservation number and email address to make changes.
Can I add drivers to my rental car reservation?
Yes. Anyone who is going to drive the rental car must be present and added to the rental agreement as an additional driver when you pick up the car. Please note that any additional drivers must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver license
Can I request special equipment or services?
Sure. You can request child seats, GPS, CD players, etc. by emailing us or calling the vendor directly. Not all vendors or locations will have the requested items so please check before you arrive at the counter.
