Vehicle images are examples only. We are unable to guarantee a particular make, model or fuel type of car. The car shown on your voucher is for guidance only and may be substituted for an alternative, similar or upgraded car (at no extra cost) at our option. If, at time of pickup, it becomes impossible to provide your booked car as shown on your rental voucher due to breakdown or an accident, a similar or upgraded car will be provided

CDW insurance does not cover windscreen, tires and lights.You can buy super CDW for waived windscreen, tires and lights.However CDW and third party insurance void if the drivers has an accident with alcohol, drugs or had passed the legal speed limits.
If you want us to take care of you and your car and the make things easy for you please inform us as soon as possible in case of any emergency.
Fuel Policy
Collect Full or Half Tank Return Same
Vehicle must be returned as stated, otherwise a refueling fee will be charged upon return at the location.
Payment
You can pay cash or credit card (%18 tax on credit card) when you collect the car and made at the completion of the final adjusments rental.No cash deposit are required from the holders of authorized credit cards.
Ingilizce pounds sterling (£), Euro (€) Turkish Lira (TRY) are welcomed for cash payment.
The credit or debit card at the start of the hire must always be presented in the name of the main driver or second driver. If a third party pays for the rental online, you must indicate the name of the person who will be driving the vehicle where shown in the booking process.
Driving Licenses & History
Anyone who will be driving the Egeria vehicle must present a valid driving license with their current address, in person, at the time of collection. No copies of the licenses will be accepted.
An International Driver\'s License is required if the driver\'s national Driver License is in a non-latin alphabet (e.g. Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Russian) and/or for non-EU citizens
IMPORTANT: On collection of the vehicle, renter must produce: valid driving license.
Rental Period
When you send online booking form to us we send a confirmation mail and if there is a uncertainty ( flight details, pick up place or car type etc. ) If we don\'t hear any news and confirmation in 15 days .We cancel the booking and the vehicle can be available for another costumers.
You will have the vehicle for the rental period shown in your Reservation Confirmation. If you do not bring the vehicle back on time, or if you do not contact us and get our agreement to an extension of your rental, you are breaking the conditions of this agreement. We can charge you for every day or part-day you have the vehicle after you should have returned it to us. Until we get the vehicle back we will charge you the daily rate Specified when you collect the vehicle on the rental agreement.
A day rental period is 24 hours if it is less than 24 days it is also a whole day rate.
Delivery & Collection
Egeria rent a car delivers and collects the cars free of charge for more than 4 days rental in Bodrum peninsula or airport.
Delivery and collection fees will be charged rentals of less than 5 days, the fee is € 15 per rental for Bodrum peninsula.
One Way Rentals
One-Way rental in the same City free of charge. One-Way rental is chargeable at a rate between GBP 35.00 or EUR 40.00 and GBP 135 or EUR 160.00 depending on the location, distance and car groups. Minimum period for One-Way rental is 3 days. International One-Way rental is not allowed. Please note: One-Way rental is \'On Request\'. please ask a quote from contact
Fines and Penalties
You are responsible for the cost of any garaging, tolls, congestion charges, parking, traffic fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. Egeria Car rental Co. passes the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.
